First Connect Corporate Services has been an Ohio BWC Drug Free Program provider-including the Drug Free Safety Program-since 2004. This one-hour Employee Education provides information about the impact of substance use on one's life: physical, emotional, intellectual, and safety issues at work. A review of a company's Drug-Free policy and procedures and the availability of local resources are also covered.
This one-hour Supervisor Training provides managers with the tools to recognize if an employee has violated their company's prohibition against substances in the workplace. The vital steps of observation, documentation, intervention, and determination of the need for drug and alcohol testing are covered.
