If you live in Ohio, did you recently test positive for drugs? Do you want to be employed or return to work but realize you need to get drug-free? Then, Revive Ohio was designed exactly for you! Revive means to restore to life or consciousness, to bring someone back to their senses, or bring one back from the edge of death. Most persons in the throes of substance abuse can relate to this; maybe you’re addicted or maybe you’re just guilty of poor judgement. The bottom-line is this: testing positive for drugs ruined your chance of obtaining a good job, right?
Do you represent a staffing agency? Are you able to effectively fill your orders for employees? The Roop Group's Revive Ohio knows there’s little chance of someone successfully entering the workforce and maintaining a good job when the disease of substance abuse is left untreated. Being drug-free is THE foundation for successful living; a close second is having that job. Only then can one: support a family, own a home, attend college, save for retirement, pay the bills, take vacations, or invest. The Roop Group is working with local employment agencies and small businesses to align drug-free workers with companies willing to give them a second chance.

How Revive Ohio Works:
Revive Ohio will get a job candidate the help needed for substance abuse and start them on a journey towards a meaning life! Margie Roop, LPCC-S; CEAP; SAP, our Program Coordinator will:
* Connect them to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) who will conduct either an in-person or virtual assessment.
* Provide recommendations & a referral for the appropriate education or treatment provider.
* Manage the case from start to finish staying in communication with the provider.
* Direct them back to the SAP for a Follow-Up Evaluation once treatment recommendations have been successfully completed.
* Provide them with a Certificate of Completion from Revive.
* Provide them with an Aftercare Plan to follow for continued success.
* With appropriate releases of information, ensure the referent knows they have successfully completed Revive Ohio.
Our fee: $620 credit card/$600.00 cash, money order, or cashier's check from start to finish. The candidate's only extra cost is for the education or treatment provider to they are referred. In most cases, treatment program fees will fall on a sliding fee scale where one pays only what they are able based on one's income. The candidate will know the fees before they attend any local treatment services. I accept cash, money order, certified cashier's check, or credit card.
