Company Assistance Program (CAP)

An effective protocol with job applicants or current employees who have failed a drug screen or are presenting with other problematic behaviors at work. A streamlined three-hour assess and refer process combined with a Last Chance Agreement (LCA) can solve the waste of money and time.  A template LCA is provided for employer use. Let's get them back to work!

Assess and Refer

A confidential opportunity for employees to speak with Margie Roop about personal issues which are impacting their ability to be their best at work. Margie will conduct a brief phone assessment and refer the employee to the appropriate provider listed under their health insurance plan or to another local organization to treat their presenting issue.
